GDE offers an amazing opportunity for success to CPAs with 3-5 years of prior tax experience who are looking to move up the ladder and further themselves into the next level of their careers.
 
Highly motivated candidates, guided by our close training and support, often achieve partner status within 2 years of hire. Individuals are then a􀀁orded the opportunity to continue building their dream practice while earning bonuses consisting of 40% of their gross revenue billing (in excess of base pay). Candidates will operate within a structured team environment until they are ready and capable of handling their own practice, most often within 2 years of hire. This provides a comfortable amount of training, support, and mentorship to set candidates up for success. Candidates with great attitudes and team player mentalities often earn opportunities to participate in team bonus pools before reaching the 40% partner stage.

CPA – Tax Accountant

 We are looking for a highly motivated CPA with 3-5 years of prior tax preparation experience. Candidates who are dependable, bring both a great attitude and team player mentality to work, and who ask questions as well as take good notes are most successful in our program.
