Our valuations are prepared in accordance with Statements on Standards for Valuation Services #1 issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  SBA valuations also conducted in accordance with USPAP (uniform standards for professional appraisal practices).  

Valuations are prepared by Thomas M. Griffiths, CPA, Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the AICPA (aicpa.org/fvs) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) by the National Association of Cerfified Valuation Analysts (nacva.com).  Valuations also prepared by J. Shawn Coleman, CPA, ABV and Brett Smith, CPA, ABV.
