Founded in 1992, our firm grew by specializing in the accounting and tax needs of businesses in the Spokane area. Over time, we began focusing on the personal financial needs of business-owner clients and since have become the leading firm of our kind by developing ourselves as exit planning and wealth management specialists.

Exit planning and Wealth Management require in-depth knowledge in taxation, business valuation, investments and financial planning as they relate to these planning processes. As students of our profession, we continually work to improve and keep current our professional education and skills in these disciplines in areas relevant to the services we provide.
